Chocolate and Gingerbread Houses

The girls got together for our annual tradition of dipping chocolates. So fun as always! A little harder to stand for that long when you're pregnant, but still worth it. Love the girl time!

Mmmm......Chocolate!!

We made little ginger bread houses this year with Roxy and she loved it. Especially eating all the candy off afterwards. Here are our creations...

Yum!

Temple Square

On Saturday we continued our yearly tradition of going to see the lights at Temple Square. As usual, they were beautiful. This year we went with Matt's brother, Ben, and sister, Analiesa. The weather was nice and the girls did great. Roxy is at a really fun age where she's really starting to enjoy all the lights and have fun with it. Beauty!

With Uncle Ben and Aunt Ani
The manger scene on the reflection pool. My favorite. Roxy calls them Mommy Mary, Daddy Joseph, and baby Jesus Father.......We're workin on it. :)

Halloween Festivities!

Lyla as a cute bunny rabbit Roxy as Tinkerbell
We went out Trick-or Treating and Roxy loved it! We went out a little early trying to beat the rain. But it caught up with us anyway.
The girls were both troopers in the rain.
Here are our pumpkins.
All five of us are represented.
Earlier on Saturday we went to Gardner Village with April and her kids. The kids had fun finding all the different witches.

Good ol' Logan

Alumni Game and Logan Canyon

This Saturday we all went up to Logan for the Utah State Softball Alumni game. Being 20 weeks pregnant, I figured I'd just go see everyone and play a few innings in the outfield. But no, I got talked into playing ShortStop (although in all honesty, it wasn't that hard to talk me into it) I played for 2 innings and am so glad I did cause it was so fun! Got a double play and threw out a lefty slapper (my fave). It was great to see everyone again!

Before the game, we drove up and took a little walk in Logan Canyon, It's so pretty this time of year.

I kinda miss Logan. Matt and I have so many memories there. And I definitely miss softball!! Good times were had with great people!

Now here's the photo real...
