We went hiking this weekend up Adam's Canyon to a supposed waterfall that we never got to 'cause Roxy was a terror! J/K, Roxy did awesome and the reason we never made it to the waterfall was because Matt and I were both suckin' wind bad! I guess it's time for more exercise. But even without the waterfall, it was beautiful and a lot of fun. Hopefully next time we'll make it.

That is so funny! I think I need a bit more excersice too!
That hike is so beautiful! But you are right its a tough one... the switch back at the front is what gets you tired first, and then you have the rest to deal with....but it really is a fun hike...last year we did it with the young women and came across 2 rattle snakes....YIKES!
