Matt's Birthday was on Sunday the 16th. He turned 31. To celebrate we went to the Bee's game on Saturday night with a bunch of awesome people. It was so fun and the Bee's won 12-11. Great game! We even got his name on the Jumbo-Tron!!
Matt's sister Ani was also there with us and her birthday is today.
Happy Birthday Ani! Thanks Ben for the tickets!

The Bee's were down 9-11 and came back to score 3 runs in the bottom of the 9th to win it! It was awesome!!
After the game, Roxy got to go run the bases with Uncle Benny.
Happy Birthday Babe! I love you!!

On Saturday i finished my first 5k. my friend Sarah and I went down to the Gateway to participate in the Race for the Cure to support our neighboor and friend, Carolyn, who has recently been diagnosed with breast cancer. It was a great experience and I was suprised and amazed to see how many people came to support the great cause.

Here's us with Carolyn Me and Sarah after finishing the race, with all our free food.
There were over 18,000 people there!!

Mexico!!!

Matt and I spent last weekend in Mexico!! We went there to celebrate our 5 year Anniversary(which was actually last June, but I was pregnant then, so we waited til now). It was so fun and so worth it. I wish we could have stayed a few more days! Thanks to Grndma and Grandpa and April for watching the girls for us! We stayed at an All- Inclusive resort in Playa del Carmen. The Beach and Ocean were so beautiful. The resort we stayed at was at the very south end of Playa, so we had an endless beach we could walk down. I love the beach! This was the view from the balcony in our room.

We went to 5th Ave. to shop at all the little shops there. We took a trip to Tulum to see the Mayan Ruins there. We had an LDS tour guide named Alma and it was very interesting to compare a lot of the things they built there to the Book of Mormon and our Religion.
This was the Mayan Temple and the 3 windows at the top represent Heavenly Father, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Ghost.

Then we went to a zip line park. It was so fun, but they wouldn't let us take our camera on the zip lines so no pictures. We got to zip line from tree to tree in the middle of the jungle and both of us even went upside down once. so cool!
After the zipline, we went to swim and zip line into a cenote, or underground pool. Also so fun!
Here is a video of me zip lining into the cenote.

At the hotel there was a spa pool. They had these 2 fountains. When you stood under them it felt just like getting a message! Matt liked the high pressure one and I liked the low pressure one.

Hangin out by the pool

They had a fire show at our hotel one night that was really cool.

Mexico was awesome, I highly suggest going if you haven't yet. Just make sure you prepare for the 3 hour immigration line when you get there. Other than that, It's a great time.
