Some day, Roxy may climb it. She climbs up anything and everything she can see. We have to keep a much closer eye on her now. She can now make it up onto the couch, and up onto the back of the couch. She has gone from the back of the couch unto her high chair. She likes to climb up on the dishwasher door and still loves to climb up the stairs. She's pretty good at going down the stairs, but will turn and almost tumble every once in a while. And she just loves to climb into anything possible: cardboard boxes, her toy box, and the oven drawer. I wonder where I'll find her next...

Roxy ate Poo!
I didn't actually see her eat poo, but I went to get her out of her crib and this is what I found...
SO GROSS! She took off her diaper, pooped, and was just playing in it like it was play dough or something. And yes, that is a big chunk of poo in her hand. Let's just say she wasn't quite herself for the rest of the day. Oh, the joys of being a mother.

Vampire Bite
Okay, I didn't get bit by a vampire. But it sure felt like it. And I don't even have a cool story for it. I was washing the dishes and put my sponge in a drinking glass, turned, and crack. I know it probably could have used a few stitches, but I had to be at the airport in a few hours and wasn't about to sit at a hospital for 3 hours. I'll just have some cool scars from it. This picture is from the day after and it definitely doesn't do the cuts justice.
Now, coincidently, the day I injured myself, I finally started reading 'Twilight' and got pulled in just like the rest of the world. But come to find out, the scar on my thumb looks just like the crescent moon scar Bella receives from her vampire bite. Who knew? I have now read all three books, and loved them. It took me just 2 weeks to finish. And this is why I don't read . . . my life gets put on hold when I read because I can't put the book down. You should have seen the pile of dishes when I finally finished. Like most, I love Edward.
Oh, Edward. I like Jacob too, but mostly just feel bad for him. But she has to choose and if she doesn't end up with Edward in the next book, I'll never read again. Although, I don't always get what I want, seeing as DeAnna did not pick my favorite Jason on the Bachelorette. She said she loved both, but Jessie was her soul mate. Just how Bella loves both, but Edward is her soul mate. I can't wait for the next book to come out. Only three weeks to go.

Wisconsin
Last weekend, Roxy went on her 1st plane ride to Wisconsin. Overall she did pretty good. We had a couple of screaming tantrums, but once she fell asleep she was fine. And oddly enough, the flight that we gave her Benadryl before was her worst flight.
We went to Wisconsin to visit Matt's family and had lots of fun camping at the Laube Family Reunion. And I'm not just saying that because they're my in-laws and they might be reading this. It really was fun. Roxy did pretty good sleeping in the tent except for a couple wake ups. And she got spoiled by all her relatives and got to meet her other cousin Ava. She loved it!
