I didn't actually see her eat poo, but I went to get her out of her crib and this is what I found...
SO GROSS! She took off her diaper, pooped, and was just playing in it like it was play dough or something. And yes, that is a big chunk of poo in her hand. Let's just say she wasn't quite herself for the rest of the day. Oh, the joys of being a mother.

That is so sick! I guess that might be something I get to look forward to, eh? haha
that is so gross!! And than the luckiest part of all you get to clean it up!
This is why they have companies like Utah Disaster Clean-up. Call those guys in with their full body condoms on to take care of that mess. No thank you.
WOW!!! That is gross. I love the fact that you went and got the camera before you took the poop out of her hand.
GROSS!!! I never had to experience that joy of motherhood, thank goodness. Roxy seems to enjoy the poo considering the fact that it is all over her face. Just looking at it makes me want to gag. Hope you enjoyed the clean up as much as Roxy enjoyed playing in it!
Seriously...I think I might throw up! I have yet to experience that with one of my children and I hope I never do. Lucky you.
Lucky Q! I have never had to deal with that one...yet! Thank goodness! More than anything...I bet it smelled beautiful! :-)
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH! Wait, what am I laughing at, it's happened to me plenty of times... I guess it's a lot better when it's someone else!!!
Oh man, you poor soul! I know your pain. Addie did that in the tub once when she was 9 months old. She grabbed it and put it in her mouth so fast, she had never used so much dexterity in her life until that point. I swear she knew what she was doing was wrong. I almost threw up!
LOL!!!!!!!!! Q that is freakin hilarious! Gross but at the same time, i was sitting here at my desk laughing so hard! Hope your doing well. (can't wait for SYTYCD tonight.. Comfort needs to go home!)
okay....
Alright I have regained my myself after completely gagging..
No but seriously that is sick.. I am so sorry you had to clean it up.. aww the joys of being a mommy
I hope I never have to experience that :)
Yuck!!! Lucky for us I think Katie Marie is past that stage or maybe she just hasn't discovered the joys of it yet. Nevertheless, it hasn't happened to us yet. Knock on wood. However, I was reading my friend's blog just a few days ago and she has had this problem with her son (taking off the diaper) so she had the brilliant idea of duck taping it on. Try and get out of that Roxy. It's more work when you have to change the diaper, but it's probably worth it if this is what you have to clean up if you don't. Good luck whatever you decide to do.
According to my mother, I did the same thing when I was Roxy's age, and I turned out okay, right? Right guys? Anyone???
I am so sorry! I know exactly how you feel. All I can say is that our kids better thank us some day for all the poo that we clean up!
Kids are the best and being a mom is even better!
I was eating when I read this... now i'm throwing up. Can't wait to have one of my own. GROSS!
Oh my gosh! That is nasty! And look at the little smile she's giving you! She knows you're the one that will have to clean it all up! What a little stinker!
